Orders over $49 ship free within the U.S.

Once shipped, delivery usually takes:
- Standard: 2–5 business days
- Fast: typically quicker depending on your location

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders $49 and above qualify for free standard shipping within the U.S.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our U.S. warehouse to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Most PO Boxes can receive standard shipments.
If there are restrictions, we may reach out to confirm an alternative address.
My package hasn't arrived—what should I do?
If your tracking shows delays, please allow an additional 1–2 business days.

Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, Carbou primarily ships within the United States.
